Garden Judges play a very important role in the American Daylily Society, as your selection of the cultivar in various categories on the ADS Awards and Honors ballot lead to the awards given to the cultivar so that they are judged outstanding in their division.  It is very important that you consider taking the Garden Judges workshops to become a new Garden Judge for our Region to help bring forward the views of northern gardeners.  Workshops are offered at regional meetings, the National Convention and by some individual clubs.  There are now on-line classes for the Garden Judge workshops.
